Hello! My name is Daphne. I have spent the last 22 years working in the healthcare field as a massage therapist. I have witnessed first-hand how poor lifestyle choices can lead to fatigue, injury and disease. My belief is that we need a proper balance in our lives in order to maintain health. Proper balance, to me, means an active lifestyle, good nutrition, positive thoughts and mindset as well as healthy relationships with family and friends.
